Driving through town after a game and thought we would go to Burger King. As we sit and wait in the drive-thru, they come on and tell us it is closed. So we pull up and park and my husband goes to enter the lobby. Doors locked and they tell us they are closed, but it is full of people inside. I’ve then call and they told me that the lobby does not close until 11 o’clock tonight. When I asked for manager’s name, they hung up on me!

Really enjoy the food, especially their fries. They are more like home fries. I hate the fries at McDonald's. They are too skinny. I also love the Whopper. Great Burger and the fact that they are grilled and not fried.

The store in Abilene Kansas was the most disgusting place I've ever been. The touch screen in the drink kiosk was so filthy you it wouldn't register your touch part of the time. Everything you touched was sticky. The floor was greasy and you could easily slip. The men's restroom floor was covered in water from the urinal. The walls had peeling paint. The worst thing was the play area. I let my children play before I saw the area. It was filthy! You could see the dirt on the surface and it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years!
Poor service, no welcome greeting when we came up to the counter. All employees were busy with horseplay while we were eating in the dining room. Throwing gift cards across the dining room from the front counter. No apologies or any acknowledgement when we called them out on it. Employees stayed out of sight, but Continued to be loud.
