The counter lady Trina in the mornings is terribly rude and seems very lazy. All the guys are very friendly and helpful to work with but she always has an attitude. Would not get this from anyone at UPS or FEDEX. Ground or express. That's why I prefer to ship with them but sometimes can't control what I got coming in.
