I have purchased a chainsaw, weed eater and and a $3,000 riding lawn mower. Chain saw and weed eater I have had no issues with. The riding lawn mower after a couple of months I started having issues and pioneer fixed it in no time. Well I started having more and more issues over the course of around a year. They allowed me to trade it in and pay the difference for a different riding lawn mower. I have had some issues with that one as well. Pioneer has been very courteous and helpful. I'm now starting to think I need to learn to drive the riding lawn mower better. Thanks pioneer for always being there.
If you need parts just ask the little blonde gal in the back. Shes very smart quick and helpful.
