This was my first time buying a vehicle from Holm Automotive and it was a fantastic experience! I can't recommend Holm Automotive enough! Michelle Holt was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Holm did not have the specific vehicle my husband and I were looking for so Michelle searched until we found it. She never pressured us into anything and kept working numbers to get us the best deal possible. Corey in Finance was very helpful as well and was able to beat our bank's finance rate. He never pressured us to finance through them or purchase anything else we didn't need and took the time to answer any questions we had. I felt welcomed from the minute I arrived at the dealership. The service people were efficient and listened carefully as I explained the problems with my car, and assured me they would take care of it. Communication was excellent and when it became necessary to keep the car overnight, I was given a rental car; again a pleasant experience! As I said, from start to finish, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely recommend Holm to anyone!
