If I could give this a zero I would. All I can say is ewwww! Bugs all over the floors. There was a live one in the lobby! I counted 10 in the ladies room! Will never return!
The variety of seating was nice. I would have been more comfortable, though had one of the three representatives standing at the cashier counter told us, when they left, to either get in the other line or wait at the cash register they had been standing at when our turn came up. Customers who arrived after we did were helped before us, so we thought after standing in line then being first in line, that they had closed our line just as it was our turn.
Many times the order is wrong. What a pain to come back to correct the order
Drive-thru service was excellent. Both times I went through food was fresh. When I had a questions about my order, it was addressed courteously. Drive thru employee even made small talk with me about my car so as it "killed" the wait time for fresh food.
I order a large iced coffee at every McDonald's I go to. Here they insisted their large is smaller than everywhere else. Normally it would be 24 ounces. Here it is 16 ounces. I don't believe their McDonald's would be different from everywhere else in the country. Drive right on by this place.
